Where do you deliver?

Club bonbon is available for delivery within Europe.  Delivery is free! At the moment we don't offer delivery to other parts of the world.

For the full list of European countries to which Bonbon delivers please refer to the 'Europe Airmail Zone' on the Royal Mail website.

What size are the bonbon lip balms?

Each lip balm is 3.5g, the perfect amount to keep your lips in tip-top condition for one month.

What do club bonbon members receive each month?

As a member of club bonbon you will receive one luxury lip balm at the beginning of each month.

When will I receive my club bonbon lip balm?

Your freshly made lip balm will be sent out to you at the start of each month. If you have not received your lip balm by 7th of any month please contact us and we will investigate its whereabouts.

Please note - if you start a subscription between the 24th and the end of the month you will not receive your first lip during the following month but the month after that. For example: if you start a new subscription on November 27th you will receive your first lip balm at the beginning of January.

What flavours will I receive as part of my club bonbon subscription?

Club bonbon will feature the following delicious natural flavours from October 2010 (though not necessarily in this order): Violet, Mint, Tangerine, Pineapple, Lime, Coconut, Caramel, Rose, Strawberry, Lemon, Grapefruit and Chocolate Orange.

What if I don't like some of the flavours?

Our lip balms are subtlety flavoured with natural aromas and essential oils.  If you have a strong dislike for many flavours then club bonbon probably isn't for you.  If you are worried that you might dislike just one or two of the flavours you can email us and we can see if we can substitute it with a plain lip balm just for you.

Can I purchase balms individually?

Yes, you can purchase our balm of the month while it is featured on the website. Sign up to our newsletter to be kept up to date with all of the latest flavours and bonbon going ons.

Individual lip balm purchases will be dispatched within 3 working days and sent to you by 2nd class Royal Mail post.

Will bonbon packages fit through my letterbox?

Yes, probably.  After conducting a survey of letterbox sizes we designed our packaging so that it would fit easily through standard UK letterboxes.  Our packages are just under 4cm high if you want to check yourself.

I am worried about allergies to lip balm

We have had no reported cases of reactions to our lip balms and all of our lip balms have been certified safe by a cosmetic scientist.  As with any cosmetic product, if you experience any problems then stop using the product and seek medical advice if the problem does not go away on its own.  You can also check our ingredients list if you know you are allergic to a certain compound.

Where can I find out about ingredients?

The following natural ingredients are included in the lip balms.

Included in all lip balms: Butyrospermum parkii butter (Shea nut butter), Cocos nucifera oil (Coconut oil - organic), Copernicia cerifera wax (Carnauba wax - organic), Ricinus communis seed oil (Castor oil - organic), Cera alba (Beeswax - organic) Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Aroma (Natural)

Also included in some lip balms: Theobroma cacao butter, Prunus amygdalus Dulcis wax, Hippophae rhamnoides, Alkanna Tinctoria Root Extract, Chlorophyll, Limonene, Linalool, Citral, Geraniol

All ingredients are also listed on the base of our jars.

How do I cancel my club bonbon subscription?

You can cancel your membership at any time.  You will be sent any lip balms that you have already paid for. To change or cancel your agreement with BonBon, log in to your PayPal account, go to your Profile page and click My Preapproved Payments.
