We hold onto your email address so that we can contact you about future bonbon news and offers. Looking after your personal information is a top priority for bonbon and we do not sell or pass on your information to any third parties. If at any time you would like us to remove your email from our mailing list database, please contact us and let us know.

Our Contact InformationThe best way to contact bonbon is by emailing hello@bonbonbalm.com. As a small company we are unable to guarantee an immediate reply but will try and get back to you within 48 hours (hopefully quicker). Paying Online & SecuritySafeguarding your financial and personal information is one of our most important priorities.
All payments are made via PayPal. PayPal's systems are automatically encrypted when communicating with your commuter, ensuring that your information is kept private.
CancelationsYou can cancel your subscription to club bonbon at any time. You will be sent any lip balms that you have already paid for. To change or cancel your agreement with BonBon, log in to your PayPal account, go to your Profile page and click My Preapproved Payments.
Shipping & DeliveryAt the moment club bonbon is available for addresses within Europe. Lip balms are shipped using Royal Mail. Shipping is free of charge.
By joining club bonbon you will receive a freshly made lip balm at the start of every month. If you have not received your lip balm by the 7th day of the month please contact bonbon and we will investigate its whereabouts.
Please note - if you start a subscription between the 24th and the end of the month you will not receive your first lip during the following month but the month after that. For example: if you start a new subscription on September 27th you will receive your first lip balm at the beginning of November.
FlavoursClub bonbon will feature the following delicious natural flavours between October 2010-September 2011: Violet, Mint, Tangerine, Pineapple, Lime, Coconut, Caramel, Rose, Strawberry, Lemon, Grapefruit and Chocolate Orange.

Buying Lip BalmsTo be able to purchase lip balms on this site you must be aged 18 or older, provide your name, billing address and email address and be the holder of a PayPal account. At the moment we are only able to offer postage to addresses within Europe.
Before purchasing please take the time to read the above ingredients list to ensure that the lip balms are suitable for your needs. By purchasing from bonbon you are agreeing that you have read the ingredients list for the lip balms purchased.

Refunds & ReturnsWe want you to love your lip balm. If for any reason you are unhappy with our products, simply return them to us within 14 days and we will arrange a refund or send you an alternative product. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost of postage.
